We never like to see the soul of Harley motorcycles go to waste. I'm a supporter of all-things vintage, and sometimes opt on the side of nostalgia instead of buying one of the new Harley-Davidsons. In this Redline Rebuild time-lapse video by Hagerty, Davin Reckow takes on this "Frankenstein Bike" with the heart of a 1957 Harley-Davidson XL Sportster, the first-year for the Sportster, an ironhead V-Twin.  "She spit some fire and gave Davin’s right leg quite the workout from all of the kick starts," they said. "But she’s finally good to go and eagerly awaiting the spring thaw to stretch her legs on the open road."

Pretty sweet, huh? If you want more cool content, go ahead and subscribe to Hagerty's YouTube channel.
